This is my third meditation pillow, and it might be my favorite. The shape is a nice change and gives slightly more support than the round. I try to take my practice outside as often as possible, and the pebble cover is more durable and travel ready. All the quality of the round pillows for more function and less cost!

Great cushion!

I am 5’3” and 105lbs so this smaller cushion works very well for me. It is beautifully made and well worth the cost.

As good as a temporary solution can be!

I own two full-sized Samaya cushions, and I absolutely love them. What I didn't love quite as much was toting them around for teacher trainings and frequent work travel. I was extremely excited to learn about this smaller-sized solution, read in the blog that it was used for international travel, and thrilled that it actually fits inside my carry-on bags (even in a compartment of a computer overnighter I picked up at an office supply store)! However, although the dimensions are exactly right for travel, there's something in the sitting experience that did not translate for me. I can't tell if its the height (its a little shorter) or the rectangular shape-or even if it'll just take some getting used to-but it's not quite as comfortable as the original. I will say this: the materials are fantastic (the same excellent quality as the original), and it's as good a temporary solution as I can possibly imagine!
